Services may be booked through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your booking via email or phone.
Prices for our services are provided as quotes based on the specific requirements of each job. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs significantly from the initial quote.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and checks. For recurring services, payment may be processed automatically according to the agreed schedule.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the original scope of work agreed upon.
You agree to provide safe access to your property for our cleaning team. This includes ensuring that the property is free from hazards and that pets are secured during the cleaning service.
If you provide keys or access codes to your property, we will keep this information secure and use it only for the purpose of providing cleaning services.
Ivory Opal is fully insured. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during our service, please report it within 24 hours. We will assess the damage and work with you to resolve the issue fairly.
We are not liable for damage to items that are already fragile, broken, or improperly secured. Please inform us of any items requiring special care before service begins.
In no event shall Ivory Opal be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Colorado. Ivory Opal and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Colorado shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
